[UBUNTU] How To Installing Netbeans 7.0

Installing Netbeans on your ubuntu? This is what you need..
  1. First of all, download Netbeans 7.0 in here
  2. After download that you need to download jdk for Netbeans, go to Synaptic Package Manager and type your password
  3. Type in search bar jdk and find default-jdk
  4. Right click -> Look for Mark for installation -> Choose Apply -> just Apply
  5. After downloading jdk you need to install Netbeans from terminal
  6. Open terminal and type cd to directory where you download Netbeans eg: cd /media/SYSTEM (i put it in c: Windows directory) -> sh netbeans(press tab immediately) -> Enter                      
  7. GUI Installer will show up and ready to install

Thanks a Lot i am new to ubuntu or linux and was having a great deal of trouble figuring how to use downloaded zip
in windows; on ubuntu on windows, it was easy netbeans.exe hit it. i tried netbeans in terminal but wont work untill

Dear Sir,
the command run as below
Configuring the installer...
Searching for JVM on the system...
Extracting installation data...
Running the installer wizard...

But the GUI won't show. any solution please???
